Why does golden mylk tell me to add a pinch of black pepper?
Turmeric is the main ingredient and to absorb all the beautiful benifits, black pepper allows the body to do just that. Only a tiny pinch i sneeded per serving how ever.
What is the difference between green tea and oolong?
Oolong is a fermented green tea, also has better effects on cholestorol levels and weight loss.
Is Yerba Mate a green tea, herbal tea or black tea?
Wish I can say it was one the above but Yerba Mate has it's own category just like Oolong!
What should I do if you do not carry a tea I am interested in?

Absolutely! We can make a custom blend of herbs/teas or superfood powders you would like! We will even name it after you!

How to prepare teas/powders

How many times can i reuse the same tsp for my loose leaf teas?
If steep time is followed you can reuse the same teaspoon 2 times!

About ingredients

If no artificial or processed natural flavoring sprays are used, then how does it taste sweet or the flavor of that tea?
We use fresh dried fruit piecces for sweetness or the tea is already sweet on it's own without adding anything else to it!
Do the powders disolve?
For the most part they do not, they are insoluble but you can mix it in well or blend and it will blend perfectly! (Same consistency of a protien powder)
What is so special about ceylon cinnamon?
It contains the least amount of Coumarin tracings which clears it for every day use. We get ours from Sri Lanka!
What is Cassia Cinnamon?
Cassia cinnamon is the most used cinnamon thorugh out the world but it has some of the highest tracings of coumarin in it, which is why we do not use it in any of our teas.
What is Coumarin?
It is founded in Cassia Cinnamon, which has been linked with being harmful to the liver on daily use.
Where are these teas sourced from?
Until we grow our own, we source it from fair-traded farmers from all around the world where it is organic, non-gmo and pesticide free.
